NICOLE KASTEN

Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer 

Ms. Kasten has nearly thirty years of real estate development, consulting and law experience in multiple US markets, across virtually all functional disciplines and property types, highlighted by accomplished leadership on projects, exceptional development vision, legal and transactional expertise and innovation.

Ms. Kasten is a co-founder of Entier Wellness Technologies, Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer responsible for interfacing and developing with the company's key corporate partners and all associative private and governmental entities on the development of the Performance Zone facility.  She also assists in the ideation and corporate development of the company’s core technology platforms and will lead in the company’s efforts to expand its presence in domestic and international markets through new facility development.

Ms. Kasten is an attorney licensed in the State of Connecticut. She began her career representing clients on general litigation matters as well as matters related to the funding and development of real estate projects and expanded the practice to include the structuring of real estate development and finance projects. In 1998, Ms. Kasten teamed with nationally recognized sports facility development and finance experts to form ScheerGame Sports Development. She was primarily responsible for business development within the firm and built strong relationships with government officials, stakeholder groups and the general public and utilized highly effective presentation skills to advance the execution of complex project plans. Prior to joining Entier, Kasten served as Executive Director of Ecologic Resource Group, a real estate development company specializing in environmentally-sensitive properties.

TANYA PORTER

Co-Founder / Chief Performance & Technology Officer

Ms. Porter has over 30 years of experience working within elite sports, coaching, athlete performance and organizations of all levels from within the Olympics, NGB/NSOs, professional sports, education, athlete data management, sports training franchises and talent-identification groups. She is a pioneer and innovator in performance technologies, application within sports performance and has served as a liaison between coaching, athlete development and technology.

Tanya began her career as Head of Performance Technology for the United States Olympic Committee, where she pioneered development of the discipline for the USOC and spear-headed the integration of technology into sports performance assessment. She has led numerous organizations integrating multiple disciplines of sport science and in the development of training tools for Olympic NGBs, national team programs and with elite coaches and athletes. She has managed numerous product developments in advanced technologies for sport performance and delivered education programs to bridge between performance technologies and athlete development with US Elite level coaches.

Tanya has also helped with sports technology start-up Zoptic, an athlete tracking technology and data analytics solution for all levels of sports performance and athlete development programs. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Fusion Sport, Inc., where she contributed in athlete data management and athlete assessment product development, established brand development and product integration of the Fusion Sport's athlete data management and timing system products to be delivered to the North American markets. She was a presenter for Fusion Sport at MIT SLOAN Sports Analytics Conference in 2014, where their Smartabase athlete data management system was awarded the SLOAN ALPHA award, recognizing the most promising technology to impact sport. She also served as Vice President – Training and Technology for Athletic Republic corporate office, where she worked to develop a network of science-based sports performance training franchises, comprehensive integration of athlete monitoring and assessment technologies, and creating and managed education program development and delivery for the company's network of sports performance trainers and facilities.

MIKE MILLAY

Co-Founder / Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. Millay serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Entier. Mr. Millay brings his vast experience in business development and facility operations to the Company. Most recently, Mr. Millay has served as the Director of Sports Development for Walt Disney World Company, where he oversaw the business development for the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex—the busiest sports complex in the U.S., which hosts over 170 events annually with over 365,000 athletes competing in over 30 different types of sports.

 

Mr. Millay joined the Disney cast in November 1994 as the Director of Sports Events, where he was responsible for programming, sales, marketing, and event management of sporting events at the Walt Disney World Resort. He previously served as Executive Director of Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, from the inception of the organization (1988) until November 1994, with responsibility for attracting and hosting major and minor sporting events for the purpose of economic development and sports tourism. Mr. Millay is a charter member and chairman of the National Association of Sports Commissions, and serves on the boards of the National Council of Youth Sports and UCF Sports Management Program and is Executive Board Member of the Central Florida Sports Commission.

BREANNA GENTILE, PhD

Director of Product Impact

Dr. Gentile has spent more than a decade working to improve outcomes for children, teens, and their caregivers working through Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and toxic stress. Her work with behavioral health providers, communities, and families has allowed her to develop keen insight into the challenges of supporting resilience through trauma-informed practices.

 

Dr. Gentile is the founder of Dr. G’s Lab, an incubator for non-college bound teens that serves as a feeder to top accelerators in California. She has authored studies that have been published in peer-reviewed journals and has been an invited speaker about trauma-informed practices and design at multiple national conferences and symposiums. Dr. Gentile completed her Bachelor's degree in psychology at Gonzaga University and went on to receive two Master's degrees, one from Golden Gate University in Counseling and the second from Palo Alto University in Clinical Psychology. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology at Palo Alto University.
